A tech at Firestone recommended I go to Cutting Edge instead, and I’m do glad I did. They were able to get me diagnosed in a matter of days. They have a key drop-box so you can leave the vehicle during off-hours and they’ll get to it ASAP. They diagnosed my issues at a fair price and were friendly and helpful from the start. I will always recommend this shop.

Excellent and timely service. Great job on the transmission replacement w/ retention of the old control box! Made themselves available on the same day to replace a dead battery. Offer customer drop-off and pick-up service within the city so one does not have to wait around or have a ride.

I had my Jeep Cherokee serviced here a while ago after going to the dealership. They looked at the same things the dealership did and quoted me $2000 less. I feel like they are honest and fair with pricing, the staff is nice and the front office was clean.

Had my Mercedes g63 AMG in for an air conditioning problem that lead to them diagnosing a coolant leak! They got me in and out faster than the dealership could at a fraction of the cost. Since then they have worked on the car several times. Always effortless. They always offer to drive me anywhere I need to go while my car is getting worked on. Always appreciate this shop and the great staff!
