I couldn't be appreciative enough of the team at Cutting Edge Automotive! The brake line ruptured on my converted short bus while we were in the area on vacation. We were able to limp it back to town just to be told by so many that they were weeks out on appointments, or they didn't have a lift big enough to handle our 1 ton vehicle. Even the Chevy dealership mechanics didn't have a lift large enough! After hours of searching, Cutting Edge, was able to get us in & said they'd crawl underneath the bus if they needed to. Despite the job being a more arduous task than expected, they were excellent in accommodating us in our situation! I couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks again, guys!

Regularly scheduled maintenance

Absolutely sensational experience. They know me and my car. Courteous, spotlessly clean and helpful. Great follow through and follow- up. Will never go near a dealership again! Amazing chairs in waiting area!! Barbara Barlow. Santa Fe. I would write all of this again but ADD. I stopped because I heard a different noise from the engine. Surmised an appointment was needed for another day. The service supervisor looked under the hood and saw where some critters (mice, yuck!) had dinner on a wire. They took the car in to give it the attention needed and I happily waited in their cool office area. Tommy, great mechanic, had a lot of wires and clean-up to do! Lucky me, the team even found me missing onyx&silver ring under the front seats. Now, that's service! An hour later, as I drove in a flash flood, gratitude filled my heart for the staff at Cutting Edge. Water was enveloping my car and the engine just kept going. My heart was in my mouth!

I was traveling through the area towing a fifth wheel camper with my truck. The low pressure fuel pump failed. The team at Cutting Edge managed to fit me into the schedule and make the emergency repairs that allowed me to get back on the road and complete my trip. Thank you to the Cutting Edge team!

Had my vehicle at the dealership for a month and a half and they couldn't fix it so I took it to Cutting Edge and they had it fixed in a few days. Thanks guys for all your help in getting me back on the road.

We had a great experience dealing with Dawud. He explained everything to us in terms that were easy to understand.

After calling around in town Cutting Edge was the only shop willing to check my car out same day (within the hour in fact) to see what error the system was throwing. They were able to quickly diagnose my vehicle and let me know it was unfortunately something only my dealership could update. They were completely correct about what the problem likely was and saved me a ton of money by cutting out a lot of problem hunting. Would highly recommend their service and will be taking my vehicle back with any issues that may come up.
