Was referred to Cutting Edge for my 2006 Audi A6 repairs and maintenance and after taking my A6 here for the first time because of a check engine light (vacuum leak) these guys have earned my confidence and future business. The shop owner was very helpful in getting my car's problem diagnosed quickly and explaining the cost for the repair. The owner really went above and beyond when he put in a temp fix on the problem until I order the replacement part - all at no cost, just as a courtesy.

I was going through a tough time... and to top it off, my Volvo was having transmission issues. Another repair place recommended Chad at Cutting Edge. They explained everything well, and told me what needed repaired now vs what could wait. They not only put in a new transmission, but took the time to test it out. It's been a month, and their repairs resulted in a noticeable difference in my car. Excellent customer service, and excellent repair work. They are pros.

These folks could have easily charged us for a new alternator and chose to be honest instead- glory! So we had a new battery installed with confidence (hundreds of miles from home) Easy to work with and kind. Perfect experience!!

Excellent customer service and vehicle maintenance. We took my wife's Volvo here after the perpetual nightmare of working with the Santa Fe Volvo dealership (bunch of dicks) and were SO relieved to finally find a shop in town that could work on her car quickly, reasonably, and affordably.

I had a big job done here--engine swap on my BMW 325i (E30) and Alden did a great job. Stayed within budget, did a bunch of extra stuff not billed for, and was extremely good at communicating via email and in person as to exactly what was going on and why. I didn't always understand everything he said, but he certainly made the effort to articulate everything. Not many competent mechanics are that articulate. The staff (Kim) is always upbeat and friendly and this is a very well-run shop.

Just had my SLK 350 serviced at cutting edge. Had a great experience! Work was done at a great price. Kim was absolutely wonderful! Thanks to Chad and all the hard working people at Cuttng Edge. I will definitely be back.
